We want to help people leave a financial legacy, an intellectual legacy and an impactful legacy. We believe athletes can not only inspire on the court, but can be drivers of impact off the court. We believe today’s athletes have the ability to change the world in a way that is unique in human history, at a time that is pivotal for society moving forward.

Jayan Fazal-Karim
After graduating in 2013 with a degree in Mathematics and Physics from NYU, Jayan worked across multiple industries as a software engineer, product lead, and salesperson. After exploring these different roles, Jayan joined the family business, Jetcraft, the strongest global private jet sales and marketing company, where he restructured the tech side and then moved into a sales role.
Since 2018, Jayan has been serving as the Director of Alternative Investments for their family office where he is in charge of sourcing and closing new venture capital and private equity investments in the following industries: aviation/aerospace, consumer, food security, energy, deep tech, health, and education. He has a passion for finding and helping businesses that have a measurably positive impact to their audience and the earth.
Jayan’s favorite sports include motorsports, golf, basketball and football. He holds a private pilot license and has travelled to 50+ countries. He speaks French, English, and Spanish and currently splits time between Paris, New York, and Dubai.
Matthew Sanner
Matt is a member of Nexus Global Youth Summit, where he heads the Sports for Good Lab, working to leverage the power of sport for projects relating to sustainability, social justice and global health.
Matt has a B.A. in Politics from Princeton University, where he was captain of the men's soccer team. He also completed the executive program in Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing his Masters in Sports Management from Columbia University in New York City. Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, Matt now resides in Venice, CA.
